Andrei Tsygankov is a Professor in the departments of Political Science and International Relations at San Francisco State University where he teaches Russian/post-Soviet, comparative and international politics. He is the author of many books and articles, most recently Russia and America: The Asymmetric Rivalry and The Dark Double: US Media, Russia, and the Politics of Values published by Oxford University Press.
